What are the steps to have to start your virtual personal training with us?
Step 01

Contact us

We ask you to refill the form that you can find on our contact page. Get as much info about your postcode, your needs and your goals. Then we’ll call you to talk a bit with you and see which PT you could match the best.

Step 02

Trial session

Once we contact you, we’ll match you to one of our Personal trainers who can be best for you. 

You got your trial session for you to see the way we work and for us to see what you can do. It allows you to see how confident you feel with the PT of our team.

Step 03

Let's start to be fit and healthy!

So then, if you’re happy and confident after the trial session. We engage one of our pack to start the programme. We’ll take measurements and discuss nutrition with you to set up a good base. 

Step 04

Work and Play

After this little step, it’s time to work out. Don’t worry; we try to make our exercise fun, as we believe we learn better when things are smooth. Of course, you’ll feel your body in a good way. We also might call you to get some feedback on how it goes.
