As always, we’ll adapt our sessions to your preferences in Pret-a-Train. It can be smooth or intense and more cardio or muscular, from Burpees to jumping jacks, from push up to squats. Of course, you’ll find that, and the goal is to make it fun, too, as we believe in having results with sweat but a smile.

During the Home training sessions, we measure during the first session if you are in the South West, for instance, Clapham Common Park, Wandsworth Common, or any other parks or gardens! There are tons in the town!

We’ve been making people healthier by training weekly and offering them nutrition advice for seven years.

Our team always thinks about new ideas to make this world healthier and better. And we are in the process of offering some healthy wellness retreats.
We believe in being consistent to get results. Also, we specialise in reaching goals with our clients. So, we, unfortunately, don’t do one of the sessions or sessions a la carte. However, we do a trial session for you to try our mobile Personal training and see if that works for you.
Then you can go for a smaller package of 20 sessions and one weekly session. Again, it could be a good complimentary and following up with your trainer to stay consistent, stay in shape, lose weight, or whatever your goal is.
Our PT sessions generally last 1 hour. It typically consists of a 5 to 10 mins warm-up, a 40 – 45 mins workout and 5 to 10 mins stretching or breathing technique with some pt or if you are interested.
Then, every fitness trainer is unique. So, sessions may be different from one another.
That can happen, so as we have a team of other trainers, we can substitute your principal trainer with another pt from our mobile PT team for the time being.
The first step to choosing a personal trainer is knowing your goals. That’s why we always ask people to refill a form on our contact page.
Also, we ask for your availability and if you have any specific conditions. Then we discuss with you to know you better and see with which PT of our team you can be the best match as every trainer is unique and has their own experience and speciality.
Once you meet with them for the trial session, you can ask questions about their motivational style, experience, type of clients, schedule, etc..
Our managerial team will be all along your program in touch with you to see how it goes with your mobile PT.

And if you live in a town we don’t serve and still want to work out with us, we provide great online personal training services.
For you to try us, we do a trial session, which costs £20 in the UK, 30€ in France, and 40CHF in Switzerland.
Then, our price and package are simple; we have three packages: 20, 30, and 40 sessions.
We also have a better membership price if you commit to doing the same number of sessions every month.
The more sessions you get with us, the lower the cost per session will be.
We work in different countries so that the price might differ, like the currency. You should find our price on the location page where you are looking for your fitness trainer.
As it’s a different service, we typically ask for an extra per person, per session. You can ask us when you have us over the phone to book your mobile personal training trial session. Also precise it into your contact form. It can be advantage actually to train in duo.
We make it simple also for you. You’ll be able to pay each package in monthly instalments following the duration of your contract. So, if you go for a classic package of 40 sessions 2x/week, you can pay in 5 monthly instalments for instance. We can clarify it into our first conversation over the phone, or you can get more into our price page.
