We believe in being consistent to get results. Also, we specialise in reaching goals with our clients. So, we, unfortunately, don’t do one of the sessions or sessions a la carte. However, we do a trial session for you to try Personal training and see if that works for you.
Then you can go for a smaller package of 20 sessions and one weekly session. Again, it could be a good complimentary and following up with your trainer to stay consistent, stay in shape, lose weight, or whatever your goal is.
To protect the team’s diaries and encourage clients to complete scheduled sessions, we have a minimum 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for scheduled sessions. Sessions changed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged to the client. To cancel/reschedule your sessions, you only have to message your trainer.
We do offer nutritional advice to the people we want to. However, as everybody is unique, we do not just give simple plans, but we have discussions and guidance throughout the programme, which adapts to your lifestyle, conditions, and needs.
The first step to choosing a personal trainer is knowing your goals. That’s why we always ask people to refill a form on our contact page.
Also, we ask for your availability and if you have different conditions. Then we discuss with you to know you better and see with which PT of our team you can be the best match as every trainer is unique and has their own experience and speciality.
Once you meet with them for the trial session, you can ask questions about their motivational style, experience, type of clients, schedule, etc..
Our managerial team will be all along your program in touch with you to see how it goes with your PT.
For you to try us, we do a trial session which costs £20 in the UK and 30€ in France.
Then, our price and package are simple; we have three packages between 20 to 40 sessions. Sessions are between 50 to £60 in the UK- the more session you get with us, the lower cost per session will be.
However, check our price page as we work in different countries, so the price might differ.
We make it simple also for you. You’ll be able to pay each package in monthly instalments following the duration of your contract. So, if you go for a classic package of 40 sessions 2x/week, you can pay in 5 monthly instalments.
In Pret-a-Train, we have a pro and friendly team. A Human approach is the most important thing we are looking for in our trainers, as they respect our values and what we share with the world. Then all our personal trainers have the qualifications to do their job. A minimum of level 3 in Personal training is asked. Then some have unique and different skills and qualifications from boxing to be specialised in pre and post-natal, so you can ask when we have you for our first little discussion.
From when we have you for our first conversation, we note what you say to us that we transmit to the PT that will work with you. Then the PT, all along your program, will take some note of what you’ve done with him in the sessions. We also can take measurements if you are happy and can make some evaluations on exercise, endurance or others. We can, for instance, track how many push up you do or how long you plank for, and then we try to perform better all along.
In Pret-a-Train, as you’ve seen, we sell packages of PT sessions. We ask you to do at least 1 session per week, as consistency is essential to reach your goals. Of course, some weeks can change because of holidays and other stuff. However, we try to keep with our basis for the schedule to all.
Then how many sessions you do weekly with a personal trainer will depend on your goals, schedule, lifestyle, and budget. We believe that it’s ideal to meet with them around twice weekly, one at the beginning and one at the end. It’s an excellent approach to reaching your goals, feeling well and being healthy.
